Disabled Access
Whaddon Medical Centre has a large car park with disabled bays, disabled access and toilet. The practice has two floors, a lift is available for access to the first floor. Whaddon Medical Centre also has designated parking spaces for bikes/scooters.
Water Eaton Health Centre has a car park with disabled bays, offers wheelchair access and a disabled toilet.
Hearing Difficulties
If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the Doctor or Nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room.
Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask a member of the Reception Team for assistance.
Assistance Dogs
Whaddon Healthcare is committed to providing services that are equally accessible and responsive to all sections of the community. To that effect, assistance dogs are welcome.
