ACCURX

ACCURX Explained

Our Aim

Our aim is to to improve access to patients and provide one avenue of communication. By introducing ACCURX, we aim to streamline our processes, to ensure the best possible care and attention is given to our patients.

What is Accurx?

Accurx is a communication tool that is designed to link your contact with the surgery, directly to your records. It is an online service that allows you to communicate with the surgery easily, instead of waiting in a call queue.

Once the system is fully intergrated, patients will be able to request appointments, request medication, make a general enquiry, reply to messages and complete medical questionnaires.

Admin Queries

On 04/03/2024 Whaddon Healthcare launched the admin function for queries online, for a quick demonstration please follow app.arcade.software/share/p630RPsnZVkSeUtWG7zc

Medical Queries

On 07/05/2024 Whaddon Healthcare will be launching our Medical Queries function online, which will change the way patients can get an appointment.

Patients will be asked to complete our online form, answering a few questions to find out what type of appointment you need. Once your form is submitted, our clinical team will review your request and with either book you in to see an appropriate clinican or signpost you to a relevant service to assist you.

For a quick demonstration on how the Medical Queries will work, please visit app.arcade.software/share/ffS91HwH2mn5rRt5bR2G

Please refer to the FAQs document below, which can hopefully answer any queries you may have about the new system.

Our practice team will be here to help you with this new way of working.

Thank you for your continued feedback and support.

Medical Queries

All appointment requests to see a clinician need to be submitted via the Medical Queries function in Accurx.
